What is Easy Move?
Easy Move is an assisted move scheme that allows you to provisionally reserve a new Viga bungalow whilst we help you manage the sale of your existing property. As part of the scheme, we will cover your estate agent’s fees and arrange and pay for your Home Report.
How does it work?
Our Easy Move scheme is designed to take the stress out of moving home. Once you’ve chosen your new Viga bungalow, we’ll help organise the sale of your current property by working with trusted estate agents and guiding you through the process.
Step By Step
With our Easy Move service, we help manage the sale of your existing property, making the move into your new Viga bungalow straightforward and stress-free.
Step 1
Find your dream home and provisionally reserve your chosen plot. Complete a simple form to initiate the Easy Move process.
Step 2
We will then arrange an independent market valuation on your existing property and agree a sale price with you. As part of this package, we will cover the estate agent’s fees, marketing fees and arrange and pay for the Home Report.
Step 3
We will instruct the appointed estate agent to begin marketing your home. Your existing property will be listed for an initial period of 6 weeks. We will keep in close touch with the estate agent throughout the process to obtain regular updates.
Step 4
When a buyer has been found, you will be able to formally complete your reservation and look forward to moving into your Viga bungalow!
